We are looking for a meticulous and technically proficient Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making by gathering, processing, and analyzing complex datasets. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights that empower stakeholders, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills and have a passion for turning data into actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and source data from various internal and external systems, ensuring proper integration and accessibility.
* Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to streamline the collection process.
* Analyze business and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
* Develop visually compelling dashboards, charts, and graphs using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
* Work closely with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics to enhance the company’s data capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
