As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of cutting-edge technology projects that align with our company's strategic objectives. This dynamic position bridges the gap between our business goals and technological capabilities, making you a key player in our journey towards excellence. If you're ready to lead transformative projects and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you Principle Accountabilities Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budgets. Ensure all project activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Take the lead role in all phases of projects, ranging from production of the Business Change Request (BCR), through design, solution, build, test, cutover, implementation and go live Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team including IT and operational colleagues, providing clear direction, support, and guidance. Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a culture of innovation and excellence. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and third parties. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed. Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring solutions are designed and implemented to the highest standards. Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards. Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions as needed. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project continuity. Take a lead role in conducting a Post Implementation Review (PIR). Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and performance Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in complex project management and integrated Business Systems implementations across a large multi-national company Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or PRINCE2 accreditation Extensive experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. Experience in Organizational Change Management Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software development. Excellent leadership and team management skills and communication skills across all levels, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
