Farrer Barnes is working with an eminent local business recruiting an HR Business Partner to be responsible for the operation and development of the HR function within the company. The company, who is going through a significant period of expansion, is looking to bring a proven HR professional on board to their award winning HR team. The ideal candidate will grow with the organisation whilst building a service that will meet the varied needs of the business. Accountabilities: - Provide comprehensive HR business partnering support to various stakeholders within the business - To ensure the company is compliant with UK employment legislation - Provide advice on a range of organisational issues - Effect change throughout the business and strive to gain traction from stakeholders regarding new HR policies and initiatives - To support senior managers with recruitment processes - To offer a point of contact for staff to escalate concerns - To support the management with assessment of training needs and performance review procedures.
