As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of multiple facilities across the North West. Youll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring timely maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and the continuous improvement of processes and equipment. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance staff across multiple sites.
* Maintenance Oversight: Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
* Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, identifying cost:saving opportunities without compromising quality.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
* Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure high:quality service delivery.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on maintenance activities, budgets, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in maintenance management,
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem:solving abilities with a hands:on approach to challenges.
* Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS) and other relevant tools.
* A strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Ability to travel between sites as required.
