Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop accurate cost estimates based on project specifications and plans.
2. Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness.
3. Support and mentor the on-ground team, addressing challenges and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in civil construction.
2. Strong analytical skills for accurate estimation and budgeting.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively support your team.
