Role Overview Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant Location: Hertfordshire Start Date: Immediate Hours: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Support students with SEMH needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings. Implement tailored interventions and strategies to help students achieve their individual goals. Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities that support academic, emotional, and social development. Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress and adapt support plans as needed. Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Requirements Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within an SEMH setting. Strong understanding of SEMH challenges and strategies to support students effectively. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
