Bring your passion for food and precision to the plate. In this role, you'll prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, managing everything from cold prep and portioning to oven timing and food presentation. You’ll track food quality, maintain logs, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods.
You’ll also support the team by communicating clearly with chefs and service staff, helping manage specials, and ensuring a clean, efficient kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
* A team player with at least 3 years of kitchen experience
* Someone who takes pride in presentation, quality, and organization
* Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and thrive in a fast-paced setting
* A positive, professional attitude and great communication skills
Preferred: A technical or vocational degree in culinary arts.
