We are currently looking to recruit an established ‘National Framework Manager’ to lead our position on the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) and join our highly respected Strategic Accounts & Services (SAS) team. This is an exciting time as we continue to grow the front end of our business and build upon our position on this successful framework. We are ideally looking for a candidate who has strong contacts across the South of England.
With a proven track record in framework/account management in the commercial construction sector you will have ultimate responsibility for leading project opportunities across this framework working with our regional team to position, bid for, and win projects on the Southern Construction Framework. As our Framework lead you will be responsible for the relationship with the framework provider and the successful delivery of all of our framework success metrics & KPIs.
It is essential that you are a highly motivated team player and proactive individual, able to develop an in-depth understanding of the WD Strategic Accounts & Services offering and generate your own leads across the SCF framework. Specific responsibilities include:
* Maintaining strong framework relationships
* Understanding our service offering and generate own leads
* Maintaining and driving the framework targets, enhancing Willmott Dixon’s profile
* Supporting the local construction offices in winning new work
* Production of accurate reports and forecasts on progress
* Supporting our local construction offices in developing relationships with the framework leads
* Strong negotiations capabilities
* Customer First Lead Generation: Effectively align Willmott Dixon’s products and services to both new and existing customers to unlock projects and continually drive growth
Essential Criteria
* Solid and proven experience working as a lead in Framework Management, with capabilities in driving and expanding our presence across the SCF framework
* Proven ability to develop long term customer relationships to create growth opportunities
* Experience in supporting bids and proposals
* Presentation skills to all levels of seniority from individuals to groups
* Ability to create, manage and analyse data and reporting
* Strong influencing skills
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
* Experience across the MS Office Suite
