Job Title: Recovery Worker
Location: Multiple locations
Salary: £15 – £18 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Recovery Worker to join a Substance Misuse Team across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
* Become a Trusted Guide: As a key worker, you’ll build strong relationships with your caseload, collaborating with them to define their goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Empower Through Support: You’ll offer ongoing guidance, advice, and psycho-social interventions, equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed.
* Facilitate Recovery: Conduct assessments, create risk management plans, and partner with clinical staff to address prescribing needs.
* Embrace Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive support system for your clients.
