Where does this role fit in? As a CDM Lead, you will be a key member of our Asset Management function, within the Compliance department, you will report to the Head of Compliance. You will collaborate across teams within Group, ensuring that CDM regulations are met, offering expert advice, and overseeing health and safety processes in our construction and asset management projects.
* Proven experience in the construction or maintenance industry, preferably within social housing.
* Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and construction health & safety.
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
* NEBOSH National General Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.
* Chartered membership of a recognised institution such as RICS, RIBA, or CIOB.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and within a team.
* Full driving licence and the use of your own vehicle for site visits.

* The salary for this role is £46,502 for a 37 hour full time permanent position
