About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our Reactive Repairs Team within a social housing environment. This role involves working on a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across a portfolio of occupied properties, so strong technical and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of both internal and external plastering and rendering techniques. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the size and complexity of the tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out plastering and rendering repairs across social housing properties.
Ensuring high-quality workmanship is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicating effectively with residents to ensure minimal disruption during repairs.
Collaborating with colleagues when required, as well as working autonomously when necessary.
Receiving and managing work orders via a mobile device.Requirements:
Level 2 Qualification in Plastering (or equivalent).
Experience with both internal and external plaster & render finishes.
Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
Own hand tools required (Note: 240v tools are not permitted).
Previous experience in social housing maintenance is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.Benefits:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
