ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Business Development Executive is a dynamic, results-driven role focused on driving significant sales growth and developing new business opportunities across key sectors, including the NHS, Social Care, and private healthcare providers. This individual will specialise in the early stages of the sales pipeline, warming up qualified leads and building strong initial relationships. They will effectively prepare prospects for high-impact pitches by the Sales and Marketing Director, training sessions by the Clinical Lead, or product demonstrations by the Specialist Seating Assessor.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients within the NHS, Social Care, and private healthcare sectors, focusing on key decision-makers such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Procurement Managers.
Execute a high-volume outbound calling strategy to generate, warm up, and qualify leads, preparing them for further engagement by senior sales and clinical team members.
Tailor outreach pitches to address each prospect's unique needs, effectively positioning solutions and value proposition.
Pipeline Handoff & Coordination
Warm up prospects and effectively hand them off to the Sales and Marketing Director for high-level pitches, to the Clinical Lead for specialised training, or to the Specialist Seating Assessor for in-depth...
