It is an exciting opportunity to join East Suffolk, Young Adults Mental Health Services's Team (YAMHS) who work with Young Adults age of 18 to 25 years old.
East Suffolk CFYP has dedicated a lot of time and effort to develop the Young Adults pathway. Clinical Treatment Pathways are in place.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operational management of the service delivery within the service.
2. Provide visible leadership, promoting a values-based culture and acting as a role model within the environment.
3. Lead and manage the team, ensuring they are suitably trained, informed, and competent to carry out the full range of duties.
4. Ensure safe staffing levels are maintained according to service budget.
5. Ensure processes are in place to allocate new caseloads and efficient use of resources.
6. Ensure care is delivered in a patient-centred framework involving service users, families, and carers.
7. Ensure a safe, caring, responsive, high-quality service is provided to service users, their families, and carers.
8. Allocate work accordingly within the team to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
9. Provide professional governance and leadership within the area.
