We are seeking a detail oriented, highly motivated and organised Property Assistant to join our Property Team. The Property Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the Property team. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate and collaborate in a positive and professional manner with all relevant parties.
Start date: Mid March 2025
What you'll do
* Support the Property Managers with the management of contractors, consultants, and suppliers
* Assist the Property Managers with the production of specifications, contracts and orders
* Filing of documentation in National Property Files, Property Management Files and other files as per procedures and sending required documents to Head Office
* Support the Property Managers and Senior Managers on all administration issues
* Communicating complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical and diverse audience
* Completion of additional tasks will also be required from time to time
What you'll need
* Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Packages
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Exceptional time management skills; proven track record in forward planning to achieve desired results
* Strong organisational skills
* Experience in the construction/property environment preferable
* Knowledge of construction processes, contracts and other legal documents involved in property development transactions would be an advantage

* £24,750 rising up to £32,000 after 3 years
* 29 days increasing to 34 days after 2 years holiday per annum (pro rata, including Bank Holidays)
