Westgate Global Marketing Function has three focus areas: Brand Strategy in line with our journey to become Global market leaders. Lead Generation & Brand Awareness Supporting the Business Development and Sales Teams. The role requires setting overall marketing strategy for the five-year plan and implementing a plan of continuous change and improvement. In this role, supplier/agency management, performance measurement and optimisation, data analysis, and the development of insightful solutions will be key. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand positioning. Create specific marketing campaigns tailored to different geographies, reflecting our global business presence Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-effective solutions. Oversee multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create and implement campaigns and tools aimed at winning large projects and key accounts. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and drive retention. Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Skills and Attributes: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans. Experience working with outsourced marketing companies and managing external partnerships.
