Job Title: Credit Control Admin Assistant
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Reporting To: Group Credit Manager
Location: Remote/Wilmslow
Hours of Work: 37.5
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join our Credit Control team based in Wilmslow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Additional Service billing
2. Cash allocation
3. Sending VAT schedules/invoices/statements/copy agreements to clients as requested
4. Re-instating & setting up new direct debits
5. Managing cancelled direct debit BACS report
6. Amending bank details on customer accounts
7. Resolving customer queries
8. Processing refunds
9. Calculating settlement figures & processing settlement invoices
10. Processing monthly VAT schedule run
11. Other ad hoc tasks as required

1. Basic Admin skills
2. High level of attention to detail
3. Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
4. Professional attitude and persona
5. Positive outlook
6. Strong work ethic
7. Able to prioritise workload
8. Ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels
9. Generate and maintain solid working relationships with customers and colleagues
