About the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads Create regular engaging and imaginative social media content Develop company and employee brand Refresh and create content for company website Track performance of all marketing campaigns Work with senior management to create marketing strategy Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 years' experience in marketing within the recruitment sector Ability to multi-task Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills French and/or German would be an advantage but not essential Required Skills Marketing experience within the recruitment sector Preferred Skills French and/or German language skills Pay range and compensation package £attractive pro-rata package
