Sales Development Representative (Hybrid, 2 days office, 3 days home)
Basic: £35,000 + £15,000 - £20,000 OTE (uncapped)

Their solutions help companies navigate the complex corporate legal, financial and compliance landscape with offerings around legal, finance, reporting and compliance to name a few. You will be selling a portfolio of industry leading solutions focused on supporting mid-market and enterprise clients with their day to day operations.
The Sales Development Representative role is in charge of prospecting for new sales opportunities, developing pipeline opportunities, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will be making outbound phone calls to customers and prospects to set appointments for sales teams. Speaking to customers about a broad range of solutions from the portfolio.
Ideally you will have 12+ months SDR experience. Alternatively 12 – 24 months B2B sales experience in a professional sales environment or a background in recruitment could work well. Most importantly though you have to be ambitious and keen to develop a career long-term.
Role Responsibilities:
* Identify, generate and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics, predictive marketing processes, and existing customers.
* Explain the benefits of solutions and services to potential clients in a concise manner that creates further product curiosity.
* Prospect new customers and leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group.
* Understand specific customer archetypes and needs which are most prevalent within the subsegment and territory.
* Prospect identification, acquisition of contact data.
* Run sales campaigns including creating sequenced email to create new sales opportunities.
* Utilize social media platforms to connect and further score potential leads.
* Pilot new sales enablement tools.
* Key goals include volume of pipeline generated, number of appointments set, value of total pipeline created, total revenue of deals closed from appointments set, lead to response time.
Experience Required:
* 12+ months B2B sales experience, SDR experience, outbound B2B sales, recruitment
* Technology / SaaS sales experience strongly preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive approach to sales and marketing
* Comfortable making Outbound Calls
* Keen to learn sales processes and use Sales Technology
