House Manager responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the General Manager to maintain high standards of Food and Beverage service, ensuring facility standards are upheld.
* Managing bar stock, supplier relationships, and stock control, with a focus on compliance with licensing laws.
* Overseeing cellar management, including line cleaning and stock rotation, and maintaining all bar and catering equipment in clean and optimal working condition.
* Liaising with the General Manager to implement and oversee a comprehensive maintenance program for repairs, upkeep, and decoration of the Clubhouse and its surroundings.
* Working closely with the Head Chef to coordinate Club functions and events, and ensuring the security of the Clubhouse, including managing daily opening and closing procedures.
* Proactively managing Clubhouse staff, collaborating with the Head Chef on training and service delivery, and overseeing financial and budgetary responsibilities related to bar and catering services.
* Regularly liaising with and attending Club Committee meetings.

To be considered for this role, you should have:
