The Role As an SEN Support Worker, you will: Work closely with students to support their learning, personal care needs, and transition into working life. Assist with personal care and toileting, ensuring the dignity and comfort of each student. Help implement person-centered plans that reflect the individual needs and aspirations of each client. Encourage active participation in activities that foster personal growth, skill-building, and social inclusion. Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to supporting our students. About You We are looking for an SEN Support Worker who: Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young people with special educational needs.
