Job Description: Partner Integration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Partner Integration Specialist to join our team.
This role bridges the gap between our technical team and our partners, ensuring a seamless integration experience for partners integrating their systems with our identity and authentication services. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a solid understanding of technical systems, and a passion for delivering excellent partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for partners during their integration process.
2. Collaborate closely with partners to understand their requirements and guide them through integrating their systems with our services.
3. Provide technical support to partners by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving problems.
4. Share sample code, technical documentation, and best practices to facilitate smooth integrations.
5. Work with the development team to address and resolve bugs or system issues reported by partners.
6. Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the team to continuously improve integration processes and the partner experience.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between product functionality and partner needs.
8. Maintain and update technical documentation and resources to streamline partner onboarding.
9. Monitor the status of partner integrations and ensure timely resolutions to any roadblocks.
What You'll Bring To Us:
1. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Basic technical knowledge, including APIs, authentication protocols, and identity services.
3. Familiarity with tools and services related to authentication and authorization (e.g., OAuth, Auth0).
4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple partner relationships effectively.
7. Experience working with external partners or clients in a technical capacity.
8. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Node.js to assist with code examples.
9. Understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS.
10. A customer-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional partner experiences.
11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
