We are looking for a friendly, well-organised and adaptable Personal Assistant (PA) to support 2 Senior Principles (Brigadiers) within HQ ARRC. The successful candidate will: Be working in a customer service focused environment providing effective and efficient administrative support to senior principals across and work as an integral part of branches admin support. Responsible for maintaining and updating electronic diaries, arranging meetings and corporate events (including refreshments), booking in visitors, and undertaking all necessary administrative and IT procedures, including travel arrangement, prior to engagements/events. Arranging and coordinating visit programmes and liaising with internal and external Branches / Units and Formations within UK and NATO. Monitoring and organising briefing information packs for meetings, boards or conferences as required and within the timescales set. Effective electronic housekeeping and records management/retrieval processes, including safeguarding and handling of classified material in accordance with extant policy. General administrative tasks to support wider branches Person specification The successful candidate will be a rational and clear thinking, who can work well during periods of change.
