The role This Customer Service Advisor position is a real opportunity to play a key part in making Corston a success in Europe. Not only will you be genuinely passionate about creating a best-in-class experience for our customers, but you’ll also bring your excellent knowledge of the local home improvement industry to the role. Your day to day will be varied: from providing insightful advice and friendly technical support to our customers, to supporting Trade (business to business) sales from start to finish, and seeking out and getting in touch with potential new Trade customers. Your responsibilities Take full ownership of customer service and the sales channels across France Be a product specialist, actively listening to customers’ questions and concerns, and helping them in a friendly, energetic and professional way Manage your own case load – with the ability to prioritise requests across email, telephone, live chat and socials – so customer targets are met Introduce Corston to interested new Trade customers and set up Trade applications Build long-lasting relationships with Trade customers by making sure their experience is the best it can possibly be.
