The Client Onboarding Digital Product Manager role is responsible for the end-to-end Client Onboarding Experience with Goldman Sachs Transaction Banking. This includes the strategy through implementation of digital products to enable Client Self-Service capabilities and Operations tooling to simplify and automate the steps needed to Open Accounts, Enable Products and satisfy KYC Due Diligence.
The Product Manager role plays a strategic role in the global life cycle management of the businesses’ product vision, roadmap, and execution for the overall product segment, and embodies the voice of the customer. They have a user-centric focus and partner closely with UX and technology leads to define and create the overall product strategy, document requirements for design and engineering partners, delivery and go-to-market plan that aligns with business goals.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leads & executes against product strategy to buildout our Digital Onboarding client experience strategy
2. Develop empathy and understanding of current challenges within Corporate Banking specifically related to Account Opening, Product Enablement, and KYC Due Diligence
3. Works as the unifying element between business, design, engineering, and product strategy
4. Understands product development methodologies and strategies needed to fulfill delivery
5. Input towards scoping of product development team from initial strategy to delivery and beyond
6. Defines a roadmap of initiatives inclusive of ROI to achieve the Onboarding product strategy
7. Identify, document requirements, and develop new capabilities aimed at reducing time to onboarding, reducing Customer friction and systematically addressing inefficiencies
8. Ability to communicate within team to provide focus against prioritized product development goals
9. Translate between business requirements and technology specifications – in both directions: top-down and bottom-up
10. Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Technology resources
11. Identify and communicate opportunity for efficiencies or growth within the product as they arise
12. Identify and call out risks and threats to delivery of the product as they arise
13. Active participant in product development, representing the sum total of the team as the driver toward delivery and satisfaction of product goals
14. Configure, setup and manage workflows and dashboards in tools such as Jira
15. Present complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives forward
Ideal candidate has:
16. Experience as a digital product manager or digital product owner
17. Experience in client onboarding products and experiences, preferably in a B2B segments
18. Proven track record in balancing customer’s outcomes, business needs, technical feasibility and delivery given constrained resources and timeline
19. Success in navigating corporate environments and startups
20. Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth

Basic Qualifications:
24. Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
25. At least 4+ years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or consulting
26. At least 4+ years of experience with UI, CRM, and workflow tools
Preferred Qualifications:
27. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
28. MBA or Master’s degree
29. Certifications or hands on experience with agile or other relevant product development methodologies
30. Certifications or hands on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud
31. Experience in Agile and waterfall SDLC with exposure or understanding of full stack development, End to End testing, and post launch validations
32. Experience working with digital products, platforms and capabilities
