HR System Product Owner Team Lead

Reporting into the Security and Systems Manager, you’ll leverage your Advanced Excel and Data Analysis skills, leading the team accountable for the security and controls of SPI and PPI data stored across HR platforms, and the management of associated change In Royal Mails ER Case Management Application (People Case Manager).
About the role
• Manages the product backlog of tickets providing stakeholders with timely updates and pushes resolutions
• Assists in the prioritisation of tickets and change requests on PCM (People Case Management)
• Participates and often leads scrum events on the product, facilitating discussions and actions
• Acts as primary contact for PCM change gaining buy in from stakeholders, whilst gathering clear instructions for developers
• Helps in communicating the vision by creating and sharing product roadmap
• Managing key compliance tasks that ensure integrity of the PSP (People System Portal) / PCM data and its users in conjunction with internal and external Audit.
About you
To truly excel in role, you will possess the necessary skills and experience listed below –
• Excellent data management and analytical skills, experience of working with large data sets and reconciliations
• Experience of working on a technical helpdesk and be able to demonstrate a ‘trouble shooting’ analytical ability
• Good organisational skills and track record of delivering to tight deadlines whilst working flexibly to meet the needs of customers
• Ability to prioritise workloads of self and others and meet KPIs
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
