Accounting Assistant / AP Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing Accounts Payable and assisting with Accounts Receivable
* Handling vendor database management and contract administration
* Recording charges, receipts, and processing corporate credit card transactions
* Assisting with monthly closeout, audits, and 1099 preparation
* Supporting tax return prep and annual audit administration
* Banking, treasury management, and utility account reconciliation
* Assisting with compliance and business license administration
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* 2+ years of AP experience or accounting support, with a focus on high-volume processing
* Excel proficiency, comfortable with advanced tasks
* Experience with Yardi or a strong willingness to learn
* Passion or interest in real estate is a big plus
