Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment are partnering with a leading service sector business in the recruitment of a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistency and meeting of company standards. You will work between various external agencies and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Monitor the performance of Sales Consultants to ensure tasks are being completed in line with company standards, SLAs and KPIs Monitor customer satisfaction levels through various data sources Listen to and watch customer calls and visits and report back to the management on findings and observations Ensure QA checks are correctly recorded and reported on Liaise with the mystery shop provider Share findings and outputs with relevant members of the Sales and Learning & Development teams to support action planning and tracking of progress As the ideal candidate you will have experience of using CRM systems and understand the requirements of working within a customer service role. This is an initial 6-month contract, working in a hybrid capacity. The office location will be Coventry and a requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
