Position at LHH (Global) Mentoring Practice Lead, LHH ICEO Reporting Relationships:

In this role you can expect to Key Accountabilities Strategic Leadership:
3. Develop and execute, under the direction of the Global Head of ICEO and in coordination with ICEO Regional Leaders, the strategic vision for the mentoring practice, ensuring alignment with the firm’s goals and market demands.
4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging trends in mentoring and professional development.
5. Establish clear objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategies.
Coordination & Management:
6. In collaboration with regional leaders, identify, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of mentoring consultants, providing them with the resources and support necessary to excel.
7. Oversee the delivery of consulting projects, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
8. Ensure quality and profitability in coordination with the Global Operations & Delivery Team.
Client Relationship & Marketing:
9. Work closely with local and global sales leaders to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored mentoring solutions.
10. Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
11. Develop with our Marketing team campaigns, speaking events, sales enablement materials, etc.
12. Co-lead the development of proposals and presentations to secure new consulting engagements and expand existing client relationships.
Innovation & Excellence:
13. In partnership with our Global Product and Innovation team, drive innovation in mentoring methodologies, tools, and practices, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of the industry.
14. Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools for effective mentoring consulting.
15. Continuously enhance consulting methodologies through feedback, research, and industry insights.
Global Coordination:
16. Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of mentoring services across geographies.
17. Adapt consulting approaches to align with regional cultural and business practices.
18. Facilitate cross-regional knowledge sharing to leverage global insights and expertise.
Though Leadership & Branding:
19. Represent LHH as a thought leader in mentoring and professional development, participating in industry events, conferences, and publications.
20. Elevate the firm’s brand and reputation through thought leadership activities and strategic marketing initiatives.
21. Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and presentations to demonstrate the firm’s expertise.
All About You
22. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
23. Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in consulting, with a focus on mentoring, leadership development, or organizational development.
24. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
25. Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning, client management, and operational oversight.
26. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
27. Ability to navigate and adapt within a complex organizational matrix and across various cultural and business environments globally.
28. Proficiency in consulting tools and technologies, with a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
