HR Administrator FTC 12 Months - Maternity Leave
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team. You will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the HR and payroll administration and general HR support. This role is perfect for an experienced HR Administrator seeking a new challenge and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Process payroll, including handling queries and liaising with operational leads as well as finance.
* Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding and employee record management.
* Support the HR team with policy administration, absence tracking and benefits coordination.
* Handle HR-related queries and provide first-line support to employees.
* Support with the administration of people related initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and operational efficiency.
* Support the HR team with some ER casework including notetaking in meetings, drafting letters and tracking cases.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in an HR administration role with exposure to HR and payroll processes.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels.
* A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel.
* An understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment law would be an advantage.
* Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
