Mercona is looking for an experienced Office & Product Support Administrator to join our company based in Cliddesden, Basingstoke. You will join us on a permanent part time basis (4 days per week) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (FTE) excellent benefits including: performance bonus, 8% pension, life assurance, flexi working, medical insurance (after 1 year) and generous holiday. About the Office & Product Support Administrator role: We are now looking for an Office & Product Support Administrator to provide comprehensive support in both office management and product management functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient project support. The Office & Product Support Administrator role will involve managing administrative tasks, supporting internal teams, and maintaining high standards of organisation and communication. You will be working closely with the Office Manager and provide coverage for them during their absence to ensure continuity in office operations. Responsibilities as our Office & Product Support Administrator will include: Checking and processing all incoming deliveries daily. Managing the dispatch of courier and postal items daily. Arranging travel and accommodation. Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Managing and ordering office stationery supplies. Processing component samples weekly by photographing, scanning, and maintain a log of sent items. Acquiring benchmark products as requested by Technical and marketing teams. Supporting the technical team and marketing team with decanting projects. Assisting with hair colourant swatch dye out tests. Tracking and updating price, promotional activities, and weather-related factors on a weekly basis. Skills, Knowledge & Experience we're looking for in our Office & Product Support Administrator: Experience: Proven experience in office management and/or product management support roles. Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Communication: Effective communication skills. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Team Support: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and support both office and product management functions. Collaboration: Experience working closely with HR and office management to align on processes and support company initiatives.
