MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To be responsible for all commercial and operational areas of the airport car parks. To lead a small team in a positive manner to increase turnover and ensure excellent customer service delivery. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Hold full responsibility for the commercial success of the airport car parks. Manage tariffs and explore new innovative ways to drive revenue. Comply with all Health & Safety procedures and standards by ensuring all regular checks and audits are completed. Assist in the writing of risk assessments and ensure full reporting of Health & Safety incidents. Be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer experience, with a willingness to enhance the customer journey where possible. You will be responsible for supporting customers and managing any complaints which may arise. You and your team will be Brand Ambassadors at all times and will ensure this is reflected throughout your department. Understand security protocol and the impacts of this on your department. Look for opportunities to drive and improve sustainability for the airport. Provide leadership, direction and training to all members of the team. Engage with team members, helping them develop and understand the needs of the business to create a better and more productive work environment. You and your team will support and work with other departments to enhance the customer experience. Manage Human Resource issues, including those relating to the violation of procedures and processes that may jeopardise the safety of staff, reputation of the business or disregard of fellow employees and escalate as necessary. Contrive a fair and just culture towards under performance; establishing a robust plan of action to develop staff positively.
