For those eager to learn more about this exciting opportunity, please do not hesitate to reach out to Stephen at stephenbreaghrecruitment.com / 015314345 Health & Safety Advisor Skills: A recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent) Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry—preferably with exposure to M&E or building services projects Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and construction regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide others Comfortable working across multiple sites with a hands-on, proactive approach Full clean driving licence As a Health & Safety Advisor: Conduct site inspections and audits across multiple M&E project locations Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, codes of practice, and internal procedures Support project teams in the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and safety documentation Monitor implementation of site safety plans, toolbox talks, and behavioural safety initiatives Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions Provide advice and support to project managers and site teams on all safety-related matters Liaise with subcontractors to ensure compliance with company safety standards Keep safety records up to date and prepare regular reports for management Participate in client safety audits and liaise with regulatory bodies where required The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €60,000 plus package.
