About the team eSIM Go’s Affiliate squad delivers travel connectivity and complete domestic solutions to affiliate partners. From individuals and influences through our Breeze affiliate solution (and soon-to-be UK brand) to fully managed, co-branded end-to-end solutions used by Wizz Air, Western Union, Lufthansa Group and many more leading global enterprises. What you’ll do In this role, you will develop and implement a broad range of strategies across our affiliate partners that drive awareness and engagement of our products worldwide. This will include: Lead gen for the acquisition of new affiliate partnerships. Supporting the growth and evolution of existing partners. Individual end-user retention, engagement and repeat business in our own-brand eCommerce solutions and mobile app. You will join the squad at an exciting time, as we see tremendous growth in a scale-up period. You will be multi-skilled and willing to be very hands-on. As well as build and recommend longer-term strategies, including automation, AI use, and outsourcing. You’ll work closely with fellow marketing team members across other squads, customer success, product and more to build and deliver targeted campaigns to new affiliates and the end-users across every stage of the end-user lifecycle. You’ll capture performance at each stage of the affiliate and end-user lifecycles, analysing results and sharing learning to drive continuous improvement and increase revenue growth. Key Responsibilities & Duties Affiliate Partner Marketing - B2BC Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with eSIM Go’s growth strategy to grow new affiliate partnerships for travel and domestic solutions. Provide consultative support to customer success, business development, and existing affiliate partners to drive traffic and revenue through effective customer touchpoints and their own initiatives and campaigns. Implement performance measurements, attribution models and reporting metrics across affiliate partners. Performance Marketing - Own brands Develop and deliver campaign strategies that drive expansion, retention, and re-purchases within our existing own brand Breeze end-user base. Design and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies, managing campaigns and content across various channels and platforms. Monitor performance and optimise own brand campaigns - track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics to improve effectiveness. Significantly grow organic traffic to our brand stores and apps, through SEO traffic, implementing a content strategy to drive sessions to our eCommerce stores, including investigating new channels such as AI product recommendations, Apple intelligence and social channels. Analyse end-user segmentation - use data analysis to segment audiences effectively, ensuring tailored campaigns for different customer personas and lifecycle stages. Audit the customer lifecycle - regularly assess and audit the customer lifecycle to identify gaps and opportunities, optimising touchpoints to enhance customer experience and journey flow. Manage and optimise own brand customer reviews, including Trustpilot and app store reviews, striving to achieve the best in industry ratings. Content Development Create content and messaging strategy for own brands - build and champion messaging and content that resonates with end-users at each stage of the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales goals—partner across relevant functions to develop and connect campaign assets and programs. Create content and messaging strategy for affiliate partner brands. Provide consultative support to affiliates such as Wizz Air in building education for their end-users and internal company teams. Support the production of internal documentation, including product documents and commercial sales decks. Collaborate with branding to manage site content and copy for own brand and across affiliate partnerships. Market Expansion and Research Research, identify and target global and local markets, focusing on growing new affiliate partnerships and brand traffic. Explore PPC and other paid-for models for own brand traffic growth Support the launch of a UK domestic service with a new brand, ensuring seamless integration into the Affiliate squad portfolio. Collaboration and Teamwork Collaborate closely within an agile squad, working with developers, engineers, product managers, and commercial teams. Mentor and align with the internal brand manager, copywriter, designers, and UX experts. Identify and make qualified recommendations for automation and outsourcing as the business scales. Build long-lasting collaborative relationships with affiliate partners. Required Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience and track record in marketing at a highly dynamic company, preferably in tech, telecom, e-commerce, or travel verticals. Expertise in digital platforms and marketing tools (HubSpot, Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, etc.). Hands-on experience in growing organic SEO traffic, a comprehensive understanding of key SEO metrics and managing global campaigns. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, network affiliate marketing and affiliate marketing strategies. Experience working in agile environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from affiliates to CXOs. A self-starter mindset, highly adaptable, independent and capable of delivering in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Experience with working in partnership with global brands, building long-lasting relationships and trust Proven track record in creating and delivering a strategy across multiple products and brands with a can-do attitude to getting work produced to tight deadlines to a high standard Desirable Skills & Attributes: Highly organised and able to independently manage priorities and workload across a rapidly scaling part of the business Knowledge of mobile telecoms, eCommerce, travel, or subscription-based business models would be advantageous Competent in Canva and or Abode Express with a creative flair for design. Experience with app-based marketing strategies and customer retention. Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and ancillary services. Multilingual capabilities and an understanding of global market trends. An innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies Experience in outsourcing and managing outsourced partnerships would be advantageous.
