Adults Social Work Assistant Team Manager
Team: Front Door
Location: Stockport
Rate: £35
Responsibilities:
1. Support the management and day-to-day operations of the Front Door Team, including the triage and allocation of work, performance of staff, and management of assets and resources.
2. Provide support and guidance to team members in decision-making, including authorising interventions, approving support plans, and conducting risk assessments and associated expenditure.
3. Maintain effective working relationships with partners and ensure mechanisms for operational communications exist across organisational boundaries.
4. Collaborate with the Team Manager and Assistant Team Managers.
5. Ensure services provided meet the needs, goals, and outcomes of individuals while considering the service budget.
