Job Overview
As a Service Excellence Mentor, you will play a vital role in championing our customer service standards, deputising for Service Managers, and mentoring Team Leaders and Support Workers.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that all tenants receive individualised, high-quality support, exceeding their expectations.

* You will promote and communicate with all our tenants and their families in a manner that exceeds their expectations, building strong relationships and trust.
* You will work closely with staff members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
