Shift Team Leader - Estates
Job description
* Sunrise - Lowestoft
* 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
* Weekend shifts where required
* Salary: GBP26,409 per annum - GBP28,624 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join our Estates Team. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining site security, including keyholder duties and providing out-of-hours support for security call-outs. You will manage the Caretaking Team, prioritise maintenance tasks, and be the first point of contact for estate-related issues, ensuring smooth operations across the site.
Your role will also involve completing building maintenance activities, managing consumables, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all. You will be expected to remain adaptable and flexible to the changing demands of the Trust, while leading Health & Safety efforts, completing risk assessments, and ensuring the site remains well-maintained.
