We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to join our clients vibrant team and drive growth within our key accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with major grocery retailers, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to our success story. About the Role As a Retail Account Manager, you will:
* Drive and manage product awareness and volume within existing accounts.
* Ensure the profitability of key customer accounts.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with major retailers.
* Collaborate with Commercial Managers and the Retail Director to foster effective customer relationships.
* Develop a strong understanding of customer business needs through regular visits and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all steps in the sales process, including contracting, pricing, negotiation, and ensuring delivery.
* Prepare detailed pricing proposals and engage in pricing negotiations.
* Update CRM systems with relevant customer information.
* Plan for continuous growth, including budget setting with key accounts.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to support business growth plans.
* Engage with the market through meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales/Account Manager in FMCG Food Manufacturing or a similar field.
* Strong new business development skills.
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
* Proactive, highly organized with good time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driving license required.
