In partnership with Southend West Central Primary Care Network (PCN), GP Healthcare Alliance (a local federation of GP practices in South East Essex) want to support the delivery of the NHS England Direct Enhanced Service DES Contract. We provide high-quality healthcare services and are now looking to recruit a permanent general medical practitioner under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) to join our team on a full-time basis, 9 sessions per week, although part-time hours can be considered.
The successful candidate will become a core member of the multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside advanced clinical practitioners, clinical pharmacists, senior paramedics, mental health practitioners, and the home visiting team, among others.
Main duties of the job
1. Conduct patient consultations in a clinic setting within member practices in your aligned PCN.
2. Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions.
3. Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
4. Ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
6. Participate in clinical supervision and peer support sessions.
7. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
