About the Role:
As the Lead Engineer, you'll take ownership of the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation systems. You'll be a hands-on leader, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver smart, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of automation control systems (PLC/SCADA/DCS)
*
Oversee project lifecycles from specification and programming to FAT/SAT and commissioning
*
Collaborate with stakeholders to define control strategies and system architecture
*
Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence across the team
*
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
*
Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for performance and reliability
What We’re Looking For:
*
Degree in Electrical, Control, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent)
*
7+ years of experience in automation/control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial networking
*
Proven experience in project leadership and stakeholder management
*
Expertise with platforms like Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, or similar
*
Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
