About Position :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Photovoltaic (PV) industry. As a Senior Sales Manager,you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing long-term customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenuetargets and marketshare objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on new businessopportunities within the PV industry.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
* Address customer needs and provide tailoredsolutions to enhancesatisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis:
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
* Provide insights to management for improving productofferings and positioning.
Sales Operations:
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
* Provide feedback on market demands and trends to support product development.
What we would like to see :
Experience:
* Minimum 3-5 years of provensales experience in the PV industry.
* Prior experience with one of the Top 10 Tier 1 PV companies is an advantage.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a relatedfield.
Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of the PV industry, including technology, products, and market trends.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-termclient relationships.
* Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Other Requirements:
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
* Fluency in English and Other Languages are always a plus.
