Role Overview:
This is a 9-month fixed-term maternity leave contract with the potential for extension.
Are you a results-driven Amazon Account Manager with a passion for e-commerce growth? We are seeking an Ecommerce/Amazon Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations, optimize performance, and drive sales across our Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have full responsibility for the e-commerce P&L and strategy execution. While you won’t be directly managing PPC campaigns, you will oversee and collaborate with our PPC agency to ensure optimal ad performance. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, a strong analytical mindset, and a drive to make a meaningful impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* E-commerce Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficient processes.
* P&L Ownership: Manage and optimize the e-commerce P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
* New Product Launches: Develop and execute strategies for successful NPD (New Product Development) launches on e-commerce platforms.
* Sales & Forecasting: Deliver sales against budget, working closely with finance and leadership to align commercial forecasts.
* Demand Planning: Supervise product forecasting, ensuring optimized inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess.
* Product Visibility & Optimization: Maintain and enhance onsite product presentation, SEO, and content to drive conversions.
* Performance Analytics: Define and implement data-driven reporting and analysis to guide strategic decisions.
* Amazon Case Expertise: Proven experience in resolving complex Amazon cases, including listing suspensions, account health issues, IP claims, and policy violations.
* Market Research & Trends: Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
* Advertising & PPC: Oversee Amazon PPC strategies, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that maximize ACOS and ROAS with external PPC agency.
* Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize stock levels across multiple warehouses and Amazon/Walmart fulfillment centers.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with Amazon trends, algorithm updates, and new features, advocating for relevant tools and strategies.
Skills and qualifications:
Essential:
* Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Desirable (Preferred/Non-Essential):
* Experience with Walmart Marketplace or other e-commerce platforms.
* Experience selling on Tiktok Shop
* Familiarity with Amazon PPC management and advertising optimization.
