Job Description for Office Administrator & Company Bookkeeper
As a financial bookkeeper, your main role is to keep an official track of company spending so when it comes to filing accounts there is an accurate trail of all the outgoings.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
1. Balancing accounts and reconciling supplier invoices to delivery notes, ensuring all credit notes and product returns are accounted for.
2. Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers.
3. Completing VAT returns to HMRC and Irish Revenue.
4. Preparing and collating Company payroll on a weekly basis and submission of connected returns to Irish Revenue and HMRC.
5. Checking company bank statements and performing weekly bank account reconciliations.
6. Preparing monthly cash flow statements and budgets.
7. Dealing with financial paperwork and filing.
8. Maintaining a daily, up-to-date record of all company activities on Company Sage Accounting Systems.
9. Preparing and submission of accounts to company auditors of related farm accounts.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 per week
Experience:
* Administration: 5 years (required).
* Accounting: 5 years (preferred).
* Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred).
