** 1 Year Contract - Hybrid Role **
1. Drive collaboration across global teams (and squads, including business) to plan, execute, and deliver programs/projects to committed schedule, budget and business outcomes with quality.
2. Management of 3rd parties (e.g. contractors, consultants) to support program/project delivery activities.
3. Effective communications and stakeholder engagement at all levels within the organisation.
4. Leading change management activities impacted by program/project delivery.
5. Conduct transition of completed programs/projects to operational activities.
6. Ability to review and drive continual improvement to program delivery processes and tooling where required.
7. Be a PMO advocate to uplift program/project delivery capabilities for organisation's wider benefit.
8. Work with engineers assigned to ensure tasks get completed on time.
9. Report to functional and other leadership on project status.
10. Maintain project management artifacts - Kickoff, Requirements, Project Plan, Project Status, RAID register etc.
