Wigley Investment Holdings is seeking an experienced administrator to assist the Corporate Secretary with administrative and private secretarial duties. Additionally, based on business needs and available capacity, the role will extend support to the wider Holdings team, including the Communications and Finance leads within the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Corporate Secretary with business-critical administration on behalf of the Holding company.
* Maintain and update corporate documentation databases and applicable filing of documentation.
* Scanning and electronic filing of documentation when required.
* Private secretarial duties for C-Suite individuals to assist with the workload of the Corporate Secretary, including but not exclusive to:
* Ad hoc administration tasks
* Diary management of C-Suite individuals
* Making appointments
* Travel & accommodation arrangements
* Catering arrangements for key meetings
* Support with the delivery of key events and corporate hospitality across the group of businesses.
* Minuting of key company meetings when required.
* Administrative support to the Strategic Communications & Brand Manager when required.
* Administrative support to the Financial Controller when required.
* Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
What We Are Looking For
* A business administration graduate, or an individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Digital fluency across a variety of platforms, including being a proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* A team player, who strives to go above and beyond in all aspects of their work.
