Mechanical Assembly Technician Responsibilities:
1. Assemble mechanical and electrical components to build complex UHV systems in line with detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Carry out specialist UHV-compatible wiring and electrical testing procedures.
3. Maintain strict cleanliness standards in line with UHV cleanroom procedures.
4. Record pre-test data and perform QC evaluations throughout the assembly process.
5. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by writing and updating manufacturing guides and documentation.
