We are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals in maintaining their independence and improving their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
Hours: 08:00 – 14:00 & 16:45 – 21:45 Monday – Sunday (Alternative Weekends)
Location: Ascot, Camberley, Wokingham & Bracknell

Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Engaging in companionship activities and coordinating outings for clients.
* Assisting with personal hygiene, maintaining household cleanliness, and preparing meals.
* Running errands such as grocery shopping and collecting prescriptions.
* Supporting with medication administration and facilitating mobility within homes.
* Managing household duties, encompassing cleaning and laundry tasks
