Salary: Grade 6 - (£42,540 - £46,740)

Contracted Hours: 36 Hours
Package: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (flexible)
Why is the role important?
The Enforcement Manager leads a team to deliver our anti-social behaviour and enforcement service in line with organisational policies and strategies, in relation to preventing anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches and sustaining communities.
What’s involved?
1. Manage individual officer performance and ensure service standards and performance targets are met.
2. Support the team by reviewing and offering guidance on complex anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases.
3. Identify creative solutions and effective strategies to resolve cases, while managing risks to safeguard communities and vulnerable customers.
4. Work in close partnership and attend meetings with statutory services and partners (e.g. Police, Bolton Council) to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour.
5. Review escalated cases, determine the appropriate legal action, and authorise referrals to Legal Services.
6. Record, monitor and analyse KPI’s to ensure we meet organisational policies and regulatory standards, including developing service improvements as required.
7. Ensure the team adheres to all risk assessment and safeguarding procedures in relation to anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement.
8. Ensure Equality, Diversity & Inclusion is at the forefront of all decisions, inclusive language is used consistently, and we celebrate differences.
9. Ensure all Health & Safety issues identified are reported and appropriate learning is shared.
