JOB ROLE: Scheduling Administrator
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy operations function.
As a Scheduling Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling, planning, and quoting of jobs across the UK. This is an office-based position where you will work closely with a small team to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate jobs to engineers based on location and availability.
* Prepare and provide quotations for upcoming jobs.
* Keep clients updated on the status of ongoing repairs and jobs.
* Manage and respond to incoming emails and phone calls.
* Plan and organize future maintenance work.
* Address and resolve any inquiries related to repairs.
To apply for this role you will need:
* Previous experience in administration, preferably in operations, planning, or scheduling.
* A professional telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
* The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
