To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Responsibilities :
– Plan and monitor tasks to facilitate the achievement of business objectives within your designated team in Adult Services.
– Conduct effective appraisals and provide supervision to staff to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement of Council services.
– Ensure compliance with Safeguarding Adults policies, adhering to relevant local and national regulations.
– Support team members in maintaining and elevating professional standards within Adult Services.
– Advocate for a strengths-based model of self-directed support, empowering service users and carers to determine their own solutions with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
4. Social Work England registration
5. Eligible to work in the UK
6. Hold a full UK licence
7. Post-qualified experience
8. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
