As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of Site Operations Managers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective fulfilment of customer requirements. The Warehouse Manager will report to the General manager of the site and help shape the business and its objectives as part of the senior leadership team at site. You’ll also support build the operational structure and create teams that can implement and sustain continuous improvement, as well as be responsible for the people agenda and ensuring that your team understand the key priorities and can monitor performance effectively.
